Itinerary
Day 1: (Cairo to Aswan – Sightseeing Tour)
- Pick-up: Your tour begins with a pick-up from your Cairo hotel in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle.
- Flight: Fly from Cairo to Aswan.
- Visit Philae Temple: On arrival in Aswan, your Egyptologist guide will take you on a tour to the Philae Temple on the picturesque island in Lake Nasser.
- The High Dam: Proceed to visit the famous High Dam, a feat of engineering built in the 1960s.
- Overnight in Aswan: Return to your hotel in Aswan for an overnight stay with free time for leisure.
Day 2: (Abu Simbel Trip & Transfer to Luxor)
- Early Morning Departure: Depart at 4:30 AM with a box breakfast for a journey to the Abu Simbel Temples.
- Abu Simbel Temples: Explore the awe-inspiring temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari, carved into the mountainside.
- Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Aswan.
- Train to Luxor: Transfer to Aswan train station for your first-class seated train journey to Luxor.
- Overnight in Luxor: On arrival in Luxor, transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: (Luxor East & West Bank Tours)
- West Bank of Luxor: Begin your day with a visit to the West Bank, and Visit Queen Hatshepsut’s Mortuary Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon.
- Lunch: Break for lunch at a local restaurant.
- East Bank of Luxor: After lunch, visit the massive Karnak Temples, followed by the smaller but equally important Luxor Temple.
- Return to Cairo: In the afternoon, transfer to Luxor domestic airport for a flight back to Cairo.
- End of Tour: Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be transferred to your hotel.
